About Me

Hello! I’m Saeed, a 41-year-old born in Tehran, currently living in Karaj with my wife and two children. I began working in an internet company in 2006, gradually gaining extensive experience in networking and information technology. My skills include:

• Network security and implementing both hardware and software firewalls
• Setting up and managing computer networks
• Managing and configuring HPE servers
• Working with server operating systems like Linux (especially Ubuntu) and Windows Server
• Setting up Apache web server, MySQL database, cache servers, DNS servers, Docker, Active Directory, SharePoint, and IIS

I started my blockchain journey with Bitcoin, but Cardano drew me in due to its advancements, innovative approach, use of advanced technology, and the involvement of brilliant minds from mathematics and computer science. I’m a strong believer in Cardano’s bright future in blockchain and the crypto market. To contribute to decentralizing this network, I decided to start a staking pool named AMAPools.

Why AMAPools?

The idea of AMAPools emerged when I realized that participation in decentralized networks like Cardano was very limited in Iran. I decided to set up my pool locally at home. Cardano relies on small, decentralized pools that enhance its security. My expertise in building stable and secure network infrastructure gave me the confidence to establish AMAPools with a reliable and strong foundation.

AMAPools was launched in 2023 with the mission to strengthen Cardano’s security, contribute to network decentralization, and increase Iran’s participation in blockchain. I also plan to dedicate a portion of the pool’s revenue to charitable causes and green solutions for powering servers.
